Sharing the foodie love – the monthly gratitude post (and a baked bean recipe apology!)
I really do genuinely love putting this post together – I feel tickled pink when I see others making and sharing my recipe creations (and seemingly enjoying them!) and taking care of their health too. If you do make any of my recipes please feel free to email them straight through to me. Unfortunately I think I miss a lot of tags in instagram because they run off the bottom of my news feed before I get a chance to see them. If you don’t receive a response to your photo please tag me again – it kills me that I might not acknowledge people for sharing their clever creations. All recipes below (with the exception of the carrot cake smoothie) are on my blog for all.
Just before I jump into the photo gallery though I have to say a HUGE apology to anyone who may have attempted to make the baked beans recipe on the blog. I was mortified to realise a couple of days ago that I had said to ‘soak’ the beans for 45-60 mins instead of ‘simmer’ them before baking them in the oven for 30 mins (with other ingredients). Raw beans?! No thanks! Sooooo sorry guys. I have since edited the recipe though so rest assured you are save to bake (and simmer!) your beans once again.
